 F1 jc had a sponsored Partner for charity. We where not one of the lucky ones to be accepted into  the 2009 event tried to enter the 2010 event but its closed. Its very popular.A news snatch about the London marathon event ;

John Spurling OBE, has been announced as the new Chairman of the London Marathon Ltd, the organisers of the Virgin London Marathon.

This follows the retirement of James Clarke, OBE, BEM from this post. ‘Jim’ former London Marathon Chairman from 1995 to 2009 said, ‘It has been a real pleasure and an honour to see the marathon develop during my time as Chairman. The marathon team do a great job and have truly made London the best in the World’.
